１．開催趣旨
新型コロナウイルス感染症（以下「コロナ」と言う）の世界的流行に伴い、わたしたちの生活スタイルは大きく変わってきました。県内在住の留学生のみなさんから2022年に向けて、盛り上げたい内容、頑張りたい内容の動画を募集して、岩手と世界をつなげていきます。
自由なテーマで、岩手の風景や伝統文化を紹介する動画、趣味や部活を紹介する動画、新年にチャレンジしたいことの動画などを募集します。動画は本協議会のHP、事務局のInstagramとYouTubeで広く紹介します。
　With the worldwide outbreak of the new coronavirus infection (hereafter referred to as "corona"), our lifestyles have changed dramatically.
　In this circumstance, we are calling for videos from international students living in Iwate Prefecture about what they would like to get excited about and what they would like to do their best for in 2022, in order to connect Iwate with the rest of the world. Also, we are looking for videos that introduce Iwate's scenery and traditional culture, hobbies and club activities, and things to try in the New Year, etc., on any theme, and we will introduce them widely on our website, Instagram and YouTube. Certificates and prizes will be awarded to the winners.

２．応募資格 Eligibility　
本協議会に加盟する岩手県内高等教育機関に在籍する外国人留学生
International students enrolled in Iwate Prefecture higher education institutions that are members of this association.

３．募集期間 Application period
2021年12月24日（金）から2022年1月31日（月）
December 24, 2021 (Fri.) to January 31, 2022 (Mon.)

４．応募作品 Entries
① 未発表作品に限ります。
② 個人での応募、またはグループでの応募もできます。
③ 複数応募ができます。ただし、応募動画1件につき、応募フォームをそれぞれ入力する必要があります。
④ 動画の長さは20秒～1分以内で作成してください。動画内へ静止画像の挿入可能です。
⑤ 1動画あたりの上限は1GBまでで、ファイル拡張子はmov、mp4、wmv、aviのいずれかにしてください。
⑥ 撮影機材はスマートフォン、デジタルカメラなど問いません。
⑦ 使用言語は日本語と英語を推奨しますが、字幕についてはどの言語でも可能です。
⑧ 動画は本事業の基本全公開になります。出演者がいる場合、制作する前に許可を取ってください。
⑨ 動画に音楽、映像、音声等を使用する場合、著作権処理を済ませたもの、もしくはオリジナル作品を使用してください。

(1) Only unpublished works will be accepted.
(2) Entries can be submitted by individuals or by groups.
(3) Multiple entries are allowed. However, it is necessary to fill out an application form for each of the submitted videos.
(4) The length of the video should be within 20 seconds to 1 minute. Still images can be inserted in the video.
(5) The maximum size of each video is 1GB, and the file extension must be mov, mp4, wmv, or avi.
(6) Any smartphone or digital camera can be used for filming.
(7) Japanese and English are recommended as the languages to be used, but any language can be used for subtitles.
(8) All videos will be open to the public on the basis of this project. If there are any performers in the video, please obtain their permission before producing the video.
(9) If you use music, video, audio, etc. in your video, please make sure that the copyright has been processed or use original works.

５．応募するときに注意すること

① 応募後の動画の差替え、修正はできません。
② 応募作品の著作権は作成者に帰属しますが、本事業の広報を目的に主催者が使用することがあります。
③ 著作権やその他知的財産権や肖像権等、第三者の権利を侵害する作品は応募できません。

(1) Videos cannot be changed or modified after submission.
(2) The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the creator, but may be used by the organizer for the purpose of publicizing this project.
(3) Works that infringe on the rights of third parties, such as copyrights, other intellectual property rights, or portrait rights, cannot be submitted.

７．募集した動画は、本協議会のホームページと事務局Instagram・YouTubeに掲載します。
The submitted videos will be posted on the association's website and Instagram and YouTube pages.

８．優秀作品は、本協議会事務局で優秀作品を選び、賞状と副賞を授与します。

The Office of this association will select the best video and award a certificate and a supplementary prize to each.
